They've been doing this shit to black farmers for years. There have been multiple lawsuits where they took over a year to approve loans to black farmers while the white farmers only took a few weeks. By then they were bankrupt so the white farmers could buy up the black farms for pennies on the dollar with loans they acquired in a matter of days. The most blatant example was a seed distributor that sold black farmers seeds that he knew wouldn't sprout then swooped in with pre-approved financing to buy their farms when they failed.
