Social media is a cold world!!!

A 23-year-old woman has won interim spousal support from a wealthy 77-year-old “sugar daddy” she met through an online dating site.

Jada Jane Bekar and Alexander Mordo met on the website “Seeking Arrangement” in late 2020. The site helps “sugar babies” connect with “sugar daddies/mommas,” but this arrangement soured quickly.

In the “highly unusual matrimonial action” heard in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver, both accused the other of starting the “relatively brief and tumultuous” relationship for predatory purposes.

The couple began living together in March 2021, were married on April 4, 2023, and separated in November 2024. They have no children.

Bekar asked for interim spousal support and the production of financial documents from Mordo, who she claimed earns an annual income of $2.45 million based on his lifestyle and spending habits.
