On Saturday afternoon, about 30 women jammed onto the luxurious vessel - made for just five passengers - for a boozy day in the sun during Formula One weekend.
They flaunted their ritzy excursion online - posting videos of themselves popping champagne and dancing as they laid out on the boat.
But chaos erupted when the $4.5million yacht started rapidly tipping over and sinking, quickly turning the flashy outing into a dire situation.
Footage from the yacht, shared by passenger Lauren Nicole, showed orange life vests being passed around as the women gathered together, nervously waiting to board rescue boats.
Pieces of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 yacht were seen floating in the water as Lauren shouted 'f*ck my life' in a panic.
Multiple emergency vehicles rushed to the scene as the women were quickly taken off the boat - now quickly vanishing into the ocean.
Despite the disastrous scene playing out around them, the women did not appear to let it get in the way of their million-dollar good time.
