If we're talking about McDonald's cookies, THESE are the ones I miss. "Chocolaty Chip" was next level. I didn't get them every time I went, but if we hit McD's on the road in the middle of a long drive, a box of these tiny, delicious cookies would be my "car snack." Just looking at this box from 1987 makes me feel fuzzy.
So this is said to be only if the person uses UFC branding or use their affiliation w/ the UFC to promote their business.
It is being said online that this has been in the WWE for years, but only if the person uses their WWE character or the WWE to make money.
So if you open a car lot or some shit as a UFC fighter and don't promote it using UFC branding or saying that you are a UFC champ, then they can't come after you.
BTW... This isn't a Dana thing, this is a greedy corporate lawyer thing. They make money off going after people that violate contracts, copyright infringement, etc....
