I was just at this casino a month ago. The built this several-million-dollar casino complex right in the poorest part of Portsmouth VA. I really surprised the city let them do this. You will see a lot of black folks losing their homes in that place.
I wanna check it out and see how it is in there. They lured them in by letting them win when they first opened up. Now they getting their money back plus more. Dude lost the shirt off his back….literally
