Instant Pot. One of the best recent inventions. For my friend's mother's funeral I made some Curry chicken for the repass and they SMACKED IT the first 45 minutes of the repass.
They had to have more, there were more thighs, peppers, and onions in the fridge
BOOM
45 minutes later I kept the party going with more Curry chicken and wild rice, and made a 3rd batch so the family had some left over for the week.
Glad/hope he ain't get shot
