no.....she didn't because she has to admit in open court that she had a adulterous (she isn't the one committing adultery) affair with a married man and gave him gifts. that and the fact that she would have to prove more rigorously than in a small claims court, that the gifts were loans. opens her up to other violations not related to her claim. not to mention the risk of having no one on the jury or bench in your corner. there's also the possibility of it being found to be frivolous and she's now required to pay for the defendant's lawyer. now im not saying she's smart, im just saying that this choice was the best for her, she swung and hit a foul ball....take the l & move onmore likely the other chick didn't want to pay for lawyer.
