This one below just says it's a picture of human skin shoes. You know they weren't skinning and tanning CACs though.

These are in the State of Wyoming and said to be the skin of someone called Big Nose George. They don't seem to imply that he was Black though. Snopes reports that while Negro Skin shoes, etc. was a thing, this pair is not.
