Man this is so true! My buddy at wrk is darker than me.. for some time i didnt know why our old super was intimidated by him! But it came to me that the reason he was intimidated was because my friend was darker than me and well outspoken he would always say what was on his mind sometime he would raise his voice but it would make my supervisor afraid of him and really just trying to avoid him by any means. They are afraid of black people especially the ones who really speak they mind and the ones that are darker because for me when I spoke my mind I never had a problem he did what I said and that was that. And me and my buddy we talked about it and that's when we figured out it was the color part. white people are afraid of a black man and intimidated by our voices... along with the confidence that we have n the way we carry ourselves
