Actually did this to my best friend for my wedding!
Told him it starts at 3pm and I need him to be there an hour before that.
We all getting dressed in the Hall and here he comes at 3:30.
He looking all puzzled like what time does it start? I say 4pm but this why I told yo ass 3!!!
That was 20 yrs ago we still

Well the funny thing about this is that it seems every culture has this this kind of stuff happening. I had a couple of Indian dudes working with me and we were talking about being at a bar and they're like okay but we're going to we're going to invite a couple of friends but we have to tell them an hour before. So I asked why an hour before and the bill was like cuz Indian people love to be on IST. I asked what was IST and dude was like Indian Standard Time which means Indian people are always at least an hour late.
