Jarred Logan Easter, 29, stands accused of using a computer to solicit sexual activity with a minor, transmitting harmful material, traveling to meet a minor to engage in sexual activity and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, the Walton County Sheriff's Office said.
The statement described Easter as having developed "a delusional online fixation" with the girl.
