Kwame Brown Calls Out Stephen A. Smith For Charging Kids $2,899 At His Basketball Camp
There is no doubt that growing up, a lot of kids end up attending basketball camps to work on their games, compete against other hoopers, and get mentorship about basketball.
However, sometimes, the cost of a basketball camp can be prohibitive. That was the case with Stephen A. Smith's camp, which cost $2,899 to attend. In fact, former NBA player Kwame Brown called out Stephen A. Smith for this price, even questioning what he will teach the kids in attendance.
“All I want to know is this: what the hell is Stephen A. [Smith] gonna tell a bunch of kids at a basketball camp? The average NBA player, they charge like maybe $250-300 per kid. This motherf****r's $3,000? Stephen A. Smith gonna charge $3,000 to teach kids about basketball. What the f*** he gon’ tell them?”
