So when’s the housing bubble bursting?

Is Vancouver that great of a place to live?

Not really. The lack of brutal winters and easy access to ocean / mountains is appealing for many. But the fucking affordability issues are serious. Things are taxed left and right. Pretty shitty rush hours for those who are impacted. Heavy annual rainfall. But "the spring and summer months are beautiful", lol ...

This crump nigga needs to go away
If banks tried this to jewish people or asians they'd have their lawyers on the bank's necks.

Right now, Crump is one of the few black people with the legal know how and media attention, willing to fight for black people and make white folk consider taking the knee. I know there are other lawyers out there but nationally, he's got a platform.

He does seem like an opportunist sometimes but them krackers ain't playing fair.

What’s your other screenname?

Documentary with black and white home buyers going under cover to examine how differently they're treated. You already know what the results will be.

You know the crazy thing is we all know this but no one acts on it. Nobody feels the need to take black people as seriously as others since we don't support one another. But that is another story for another day.

They touched on why no one acts on it at the end of the video. If the realtor is polite and professional, we may not realize that we are being treated unfairly since we don't have the benefit of seeing how the white folks are treated. A lot of us are first time home buyers so we may not think anything of having to provide ID to be shown a property.

Also, there's no enforcement for the rules against steering. If these folks were literally caught on camera and didn't lose their licenses, nothing will happen to all the rest.

Yeah, I saw the end and agree. I mean in general. If we used even 10% of our collective resources and power a lot would change. Meh, life goes on I guess.

My old name died with the great reset lol, but for real though. I don't have shit against other folks but I want to see black people succeed. Example, white family with a 3 bed 2 bath appraise for 100k more than a black family with a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath on the same street. That's some o'l bullshit.

Just saying, tired of the fuckery so when I see someone like Crump stepping on a neck, I ain't mad.
