Oh please a lot of these slum lords buy property with the sole purpose of renting it to section 8 for guaranteed payments. BTW evicting a section 8 renter for breaking the lease is not any harder than evicting a regular person.
Why not create an area for all section 8 residents? As a homeowner, I've seen how a section 8 tenant can be a black eye in the community. MFers had cars in and out, not cutting the yard, not bringing the garbage can back to it's place, shit all in the front yard. On top of that....they were renting rooms out and they were section 8 tenants themselves.
