It is the latest addition to a successful suite of FHA loss mitigation options that has kept more than 1.6 million struggling borrowers in their homes since the start of this Administration.

Yup. Outside of that cool ass weather, the downtown area seems to be growing and is nice sitting off the water.

I haven’t been in about 6 years, but it’s a solid city IMO.

Yeah it does, but it’s pockets in the downtown area that are good. Mostly white folks, but the county is very good and you don’t have to worry about the BS. Very black city though.
