Most people think he is shot, but if some how dude pulls a "Vargas"... does that shake up the jr. middle weight division or is it just that Canelo was completely overrated and both guys will go off into the sunset?
So what happens if Shane destroys Canelo?

Canelo gets written off as "overrated", never gets mentioned for Floyd Mayweather again, and Shane gets at least two more high profile fights.
Shane will get another big fight, possibly against Kirkland or another up and comer. Maybe a rematch with Cotto once Floyd waxes him. And it would be a big setback for Canelo but not a career ender.
Saul would definitely get more interesting fights but he wont be doing any other interviews complaining about being on someone else's undercard.
I would hate, as a long time Mosley fan, for him to get so confident after a win over Alvarez that he fights Kirkland. But being the great sportsman that he is, I think he might take that fight, win or lose.
