So what does Lebron do now ???????????

My question is "How is a trip to New York going to get LeBron a ring?"

New York has way more talent than the Cavs. If he was with the Knicks this year NY would playing the Lakers on thurs.

Also, the Knicks have height at the guard position and forwards. Imagine Al Harrington and Lebron as your Forwards thats two 6'8" guys right there. That would have matched Turk and Rashard height, maybe you give up a few inches but its a better match than Varejo. Duhon at your point with Hughes. Hughes and Duhon are good defenders. Wilcox and Lee as your centers. Thats a much better team then he has with Cavs.

the knicks do have more talent but don't play any defense. and duhon is honestly the worst point guard in the league. he's in the bottom three if not the worst. what does he do well? nothing but dribble slowly and flop like an old man when better ball players take advantage of his slow game. harrington, lee, robinson, chandler - the knicks have ballers.

but they play no D. contrary to popular belief - the up tempo offense while exciting does not usually win championships.

You have got to be kidding me. If New York has so much talent why can't they even smell the playoffs? Coaching?

They don't play as a TEAM. Compare the rosters CAVS and KNICKS. Anyone who knows basketball will tell you the Knicks have more talent, but talent doesn't when you games if you don't play as a team.

Or as a team but Imagine them with Lebron. Imagine

PG: Duhon

SG: Hughes

SF: Bron

PF: Harrington

C: Wilcox/Lee again depending on your match ups

Bench: Nate, Q, Jefferies

This is even worser than the situation he is in now .. :smh::smh: And D antoni as the Coach :smh::smh:

Cavs should Blow up the team but keep Mo williams. Pay bron enough to Stay and assure dude they are building a solid team for 2 years. In the 2 years dude need to work on his jumper and Post Game. in 3 years time they should have a solid team ready for another run. The patch work ferry has been doing is not going to be enough to Keep him in town..

Lebron doesn't have 3 years mentally.

Either he gets help soon or the Cavs end up like Phoenix...

here's your problem with this.

1. duhon sucks as a pg. nate is a much better player all the way around but his height gives pts on defense. i'd take mo williams and/or delonte west for duhon right now. he must have a great agent and pr rep because he does nothing well on the nba level to me.
2. hughes is on the downslope and is too streaky and one dimensional. scorer or nothing. plus he's expensive. and injury prone. i'd rather see wilson chandler here. homey is a BALLER and wild young - just needs some coaching.
3. lebron and harrington play the same position. harrington is not a pf and will be abused. lee is a good pf - probably the most underrated pf in the league.
4. Q??????? gtfoh. chubby is done.
5. d'antoni is a run and gun coach. i think that the nba has a secret contract to keep run and gun coaches in the league to keep the shit exciting for casual fans - i can't understand why these niggas stick around otherwise. it's like deja vu - these coaches go to a new team and promise to run them into the finals. it never happens or they get smashed by a team that walks the ball up, dunks on you, punches you in your face, then smacks your momma on the ass on the way back up the court. don't believe me? take a look @ steve nash's nose.

What's so funny is people is not even mentioning the Nets. They just had the Courts rule in their favor for the Brooklyn Arena. (now if Ratner can find the money and credit to build it:lol:)

Lebron was already hinting at the Nets so much that the league had to warn and send a letter to Jay-z and the Nets. Lebron mentioning his favorite borough is Brooklyn.

The Nets are in a better place than the Knicks. They already filled out the hardest positions in the NBA. Devin Harris who had a career year his first full season with the Nets. Averaging 21 and 6 and came in second in MIP award. Also all star this year.

Brook Lopez the steal of the draft. came in third in rookie of the year. averaging 13pts 8rebs 1.8 blks broke the rookie free throw record held by Yao. GM's are already calling him Tim Duncan lite. He can score inside and out. GM's did a poll saying the player where players should have been drafted at. He came in third.

The Nets will have enough to sign Lebron in 2010 but if they can trade Vince for an expiring contract this season that's more money free up for another big free agent.

Don't be surprise if he ends up with the team everyone had him going to at first.

As a staunch Knick fan, this is probably one of the more compelling reasons to joining the Nets. They have more in place now to make a real run at the chip...

HOWEVER, fuck a Brooklyn Nets and fuck a New Jersey Nets. Madison Square Garden is legendary. If LeBron comes to the Knicks and can somehow manage to win a championship, he would be the Saviour of the City and restore MSG as basketball mecca.

The Knicks will probably not resign Nate Robinson and draft either Stephen Curry or Brandon Jennings. They will hopefully resign Lee to a moderate deal; fuck a 10 mil a season, his defensive ineptitude doesn't warrant anything more. Plus watch for a trade for Tmac which would unload a player and pick..

If Knicks can sign a dominate big man, preferably Chris Bosh, then it's all she wrote. Curry, Chandler, LBJ, Lee, Bosh?? Wrap.. Shit even Amare who is campaigning HARD for a Knicks job could get the job done..

Mo Williams, Sasha Pavolic, Andersen Varejo and Big Z are a better supporting cast than that?
