So this how the pyramids got built

I don’t believe slave labor was used

this was built for their god on earth

they worship him, I believe they loved him

and when you do things out of love you do them perfectly

Not sure how the "slave labor" theory came about but there was evidence unearthed that showed the builders were compensated for their impressive work.

Silly arab wabbits, bricks are for kids

Not the ancient BUILDERS

I don't see how they could've built em in 20 years with sheer manpower and basic tools. The numbers just don't add up.

If it's estimated there's 2.3 mil blocks at 2.5 -10 tons, they'd have to be putting them in like a machine.

If you could put ONE in place in an hour....BTW, the placement of the stones is exactly lined up, which makes the job of setting huge stones even more difficult, it would be an impressive feat.

But to build them in 20 years, they'd have to work around the clock setting 13 blocks an hour. They'd have to be putting them precisely in place EVERY 3-4 minutes....EVERY few minutes for 20 years.

Anybody whose ever had a big moving job knows that at a certain point, more men tryna move something just gets in the way.

Iono...just like I don't believe the age of the great pyramid I don't believe the story of how they were built or their purpose.

Based on the end result, the methods of the ancient builders were not basic at all, fam

Not sure if I mentioned this before, but the numbers just don't make sense with ANYTHING to do with the Great Pyramid...

If there are 2.3 million blocks averaging 2.5 tons...and that doesn't take into account the limestone casings, which have long been removed...

If it took 20 years (7300 days) to complete it, they would have had to place 315 blocks EVERY 24 hours, or 13 an hour... placed with amazing precision!

And that's working around the clock for 20 years...

They had abilities that mere men like us could not comprehend

Jedi powers or mutants they were :eek2:

The United States has been a great empire for 150 years. England’s great empire was for like 300 years. The Egyptian empire lasted 3,000 years. Let that sink in. They had scientists thinking about stuff for 3,000 years.

They had time to develop their own form of mathematics and engineering, much of which we are completely ignorant of. Then barbarians came, killed all the scholars and destroyed most of what they created. Centuries later others picked up what they could understand from Egypt, built on that and created modern science.

Science and technology is not linear, it is more like a tree with branches. Egypt had 3,000 years to develop its own complicated tree of technology. Now we have a good idea of how some of the branches work, but we are completely ignorant on others.

For all we know, they may have come up with a means of teleportation that we are completely ignorant of, because it stems from a branch of technology that we never discovered.

Because of our hubris, we erroneously believe that we understand everything and can do everything that a civilization did 2000 years ago. We just don’t.

I agree about the love part.

I recall in elementary the art teacher telling us about a new Egytpology discovery that said that the pyramids were built based on love. He was white, but definitely made sense.

I remember when the Valley of the Kings was discovered in the 90's. I used to keep up with every new development in Egypt, its been years since I followed it closely. Now we have to worry about misinformation more than anything else (I guess its always been a problem, we just didn't know how bad it was).

Paraglider Yanis Terzis does a flyby of the Great Pyramid (assist with the embed?)

It's got hieroglyphs at the top! I wonder what it says?

What they didn’t factor in is back then, people were 50 feet tall

I watched a documentary that basically outlined how the atmosphere was more oxygen rich and due to that, humans were naturally bigger, taller, and stronger. It explained some of the giant skeletons uncovered in some archeological sites, some over 7' tall.
