All I know is that dude is definitely mentally ill. I'm not going to make light on this one.
I've got sympathy for all parties involved. Even the white girl. We don't know what triggered him, but the vids definitely tell me that he isn't medicated right now or he is having an adverse reaction to the meds.
It appears that he probably isn't on a mood stabilizer. Typically you need mood-stabilizing medication to control manic or hypomanic episodes.
I've seen Kats going through Bi-polar incidents. I had to deal with a Bi-polar client for 4 years. That dude could scare the shit out of you when his meds weren't working. That's how I know this shit.
