Whoa, whooooooa......hold up! Half of my company is black and the other half is white. The shops downtown in Houston all have black kids, the other shops near Clear Lake are mostly white and Hispanic.
When you put out adds whoever is applies and has the talent gets hired. Those shops It's only me (the owner and a Black girl).
Also keep in mind, my regional manager is black, my Site manager is Hispanic and all of my supervisors are black. I don't like hiring white folks but what can I do??
I was on a conservative Message board where all of the white folks were talking about firing Obama supporters and liberals. The post went 10 pages deep with all the CACs giving each other pats on the back until I entered the thread, told them I was a "black business owner" with white employees and I might start firing my employees who support McCain. All of sudden they started backing up and called for the mods to ban me.
Simplicity is a bitch. 
You have to understand that the vast majority of these Tea Party people are actually border-line retarded. I'm not saying that as a joke... I'm dead serious. We're talking about people who have barely functional IQs.
Then there's the ideologues. These are average people who have formed incredibly strong opinions on shit they barely understand and who only listen to/read/watch shit that corroborates their misinformed opinions. I mean, even a high school level politics/civics course should make it clear that all the shrill cries of "socialism" are completely baseless and has nothing to do with the political/economic realities of life in America.
And then there are the people who know better but use this rhetoric to advance their agenda. These are the ones I actually worry about.

i made that comment because i know thats how they work in the real world. they do things like that but scream reverse racism when its done to them. if i owned my own business i would fire one or two just to get it out of my system. i have found that if your politics do not match theres you do not get very many advancements on the job.
