My two year old Dell Dimension 8400 with XP decided that it was gonna kill my HD when I defragged it the other day. Fortunately, I had backed my shit up about a month ago on my external HD and was able to get most of my shit. But, when I tried to reload it on my PC, there was not enough room mainly because of the huge amount of pics and vids I got from all my years on BGOL.

I prefer to have a good desktop with some power for every day work and BGOL, and an old laptop that I've had since 1999 for running around. So, I decided that it was time to get me some new shit and wound up with a new HP DC5800 with XP and LightScribe. Cost was about $2500, but so far I'm cooking with olive oil...

Just glad that I had backed up. Now, Imma be a back up freak and do it at least every week. XP and Vista are for shit...
