What the fuck are you saying to a woman that'll get you charged with harassment? Asking her basic questions like what's her name, where's she from, etc. even asking a coworker out on a date is not harassment (according to my HR).
It's really when you don't take no for an answer, and/or continually try to engage her in some type of sexual conversation or start touching her that harassment charges will come.
