My line got dropped. GPA took a couple of hits from being on line, and it never recovered. I wanted to be just like my uncle,but these cats down here...i don't know.
so how do fraternities work and what are the advantages?

lol...but seriously though, blacks ain't greek.
All these cats on here that are not apart of a BGLO (Black Greek Letter Organization) have no understanding of why fraternities and sororities formed. Read the damn history of each organization and you will see that each had the same damn intentions in mind and that was provide service to the community and establish a brotherhood/sisterhood while doing so. There are many reasons why people are interested in joining these organizations and I damn sure can tell you that its not a fucking gang. One of the many advantages of joining a fraternity is being to establish a brotherhood with many individuals that stand for the same cause as yourself. If you are in need of assistance you can call upon your frat brothers. Now you wouldn't be able to do that with a random stranger....but hey to each its own but dont down talk an organization until you know the facts of that organization
We know the individuals that are apart of these organizations aren't greek. They are apart of Black Greek Letter Organization totally different from being "greek"
Black Greek Letter Organizations are what you make them. You can use it to get pussy, get a job, get community service done, get leadership experience...you name it. They are not perfect, but no organization is. Shout out to the whole NPHC, and any other brothas of Iota Phi Theta Fraterniy Inc. OLE!
