I prefer uncut. I don't want to circumcise my sons (there is no cleanliness or medical need to do it)...but I will leave the decision up to my man. He is the one who will be teaching them how to keep themselves clean one way or another.
No snipping allowed. My son will know no other way than the way he was born. Its something that wasn't even up for debate.

The ladies who seem to think circumcision is stupid, have you asked any guys about it? I don't understand what you mean when you say there is not cleansiness benefit. Uncircumcised penis require more up keeping when it comes to cleansiness. I know, I know. Everyone wash their penis before they have sex. Everyone washes it before she wips it out and give a blow job spontaneously.

30 extra seconds in the shower is not that big a deal...I used to buy into that, but now I prefer uncircumcised...
everyone has their preference and I know a lot of guys who want to circumcise their sons only because THEY were circumcised...no other reason...
I am circumcised and I have what looks to be scar tissue on the underside of my penis and since I've been sexually active I've noticed that I've never had much sensitivity on my penis which has lead me to wonder if my circumcision was done incorrectly. For this reason my son and any other son's I have will not be circumcised, if he wants it'll be his decision.

Because I have had both. I got circumcised at 18. I it kept getting cut or ripped down where the attach to the rest of the penis. It's a bit painful after it rips or get the smallest scar to turn that shit over to wash it. Because it is always covered that shit is more ternder. When that shit gets cut that's it. You are fucking laid up till it's healed. Shit I prefer it way more circumcised than before. Now the head is hardened and can take more abuse.

I never had any problems. Your bad experience is yours not anyone else's. You do realize that outside of the us circumcism is taboo? And what more upkeeping is required? You man you can go longer without showers if you are circumcised?
I'm going to say it's not as sensative now because the outer layer had to get harder as it becomes the outer protective skin. Yeah it's less sensative cause I remember after the surgery I could only wear clothes that didn't make too much contact with.

Google circumcision and HIV. The World Health Organization (WHO) and UNAIDS are advocating circumcision as one of the methods of combating HIV transmission. There is lots of material out there on the issues. Research it.

Being circumcised or not has very little to do with getting HIV. Same with penile cancer. There is a slightly higher rate in CERTAIN populations, but safe sex practices would do more than getting circumcised. There is NO MEDICAL BODY in any country that recommends circumcision because there is no strong evidence. WHO makes general recommendations based on observations in the poorest countries, but they are not physicians. Mostly public health people. You won't find a doctor today who will say there is a medical necessity or benefit to having your son circumcised.
I find it interesting that many here would have their sons circumcised, but ask if they think female circumcision is okay you would get the

I look at it like this, if GOD made it why change it, especially for children who have no say in the matter. Now if grown men want to get it done, I think that's ok. No different than a woman getting butt shots or breast implants. But for a child to have this done with no real medical reason is insane to me.
