Ok I figured out what my issue was

The webcam shows up as a controller and it messes with the mapping..Although the Gamecube, N64, SNES, NES and Gameboy games worked fine...

Also for people who have a Dreamcast laying around you can find Genesis iso with about 200 plus games on it and it'll play fine on your Dreamcast...
