I have to respectfully disagree.
Sexual harassment does and has always gone both ways.
The difference being we think with our dicks so we never say anything while some women will have no problem making an allegation against a man in the work place whether its warranted or not.
I say that to say if we're going to be held accountable for our actions in the work place we have to hold women accountable as well even if it goes against our nature to do so.

After I smoked I stopped by his desk and warned him about that shit. About two weeks later he got fired for that same type of shit. He was 38. Another brother was a manager and 27. Cool brother. I heard him say something greasy to a female and I pulled him to the side as I was 39 and felt the need to warn a brother. He lost his position a month later following an incident involving two women at the same time. What a fucking moron.
Suffice to say I know and understand we are a sexual creature and propositions will be made. If the feeling wasn't so powerful prostitution would be legal. So when it comes to propositioning women at the workplace I have never done it and can't imagine the consequences. I just don't give a man the same leeway.
