Second: she had every right to ask for his ID to issue him a summons as per city/state violation codes you cannot ride a bicycle on the sidewalk and impede pedestrian traffic..
Third: him puffing out his chest to a cop and female who is smaller than him shows he's a pussy. She has more heart than a lot of cops and not once did she go to pull out her gun or taser..
Fourth: refusing to give your ID and pulling your hands away from being arrested is an automatic resisting arrest charge/obstruction(refusing to give ID) and disorderly conduct..

I did not know that about the bike and impede pedestrian traffic. I am a type of person that tries to avoid police as much as possible. I do not like wearing a seat belt all the time. But I try to remember to use it as much as possible right now. But I am also a person that works toward power. I live in the dirty south and my goal is to build a nation for blacks here in the dirty south. A chance for all people to finally be themselves. That brother does not know what it is like to be himself. He is a product of his environment.

Far too often, people give uneducated opinions. Young dude was completely wrong. He won't do any real jail time but he can be held for a few days and will be caught up in the system for awhile. He could receive an ACD in NY. Or, even time served. He will probably pay a couple hundred dollar fine. If he had given ID from the jump, probably a minimal fine or sorry for wasting your day onc he got to court.

It depends on your city. Here in NYC you can't ride on the sidewalk and you will get a summons.
Y'all are backing the wrong person. How would you react if you ran up on some dude trying to flex on some female you know? That was doing what she was supposed to be doing? What if she tazed him? Hit him with a baton? And the third cop speaking off camera was actually trying to tamper the situation.

As critical as I tend to be of law enforcement, this cat was just an ignorant little bitch who was trying to stick his chest out at a woman. Shit worked out the way it should have: arrest/hurt feelings but no real harm done.

First off, she's too small. Second, he needs to stuff and cooperate. Ask questions in a calm tone. There are some situations where you only win by being cooperative. I never argue with a cop. You most likely won't win that argument.
