Yeah....That was staged.

His shirt is ALREADY covered with "blood" in the beginning of the video! That was from the other takes. Plus the camera feel perfectly to catch the head "wound". The jump cut and the unatural reaction to getting hit with the speed balls. Fake as fuck.
