The sleep experts at MattressNextDay asked Americans if they’ve ever slept in a separate room from their partners and the data found some interesting stats:

Interestingly, only 36% said they never sleep separately.14% said they always sleep separately to ensure they both get a good night’s sleep.11% said a couple of nights a week, and 7% said Monday to Friday.

I do this occasionally with my wife. Especially when I am in the process of executing a big business move or when I used to be an athlete and had a big event coming up. Occasionally disassociating from the humanity of sharing a bed with your wife, can keep you sharp and hungry in world of people who do not.

This…. They won’t hear you though but it’s true. On some hotep shit everyone’s energy isn’t properly aligned all the time. Both sexes need a break from one another to recharge, esp during her time of the month

I think the older you get the more you just want your space.

Taking sex out of the equation, how much do you really want to share your sleeping space?

What say that again.... :yes:

Just like i been under the weather the past few nights.. i sleep downstairs....i not gonna sleep good in bed plus i would be doing a lot of coughing sneezing n stuff... but sometimes i do just need a bedroom break..

I think this is part of the reality of being with someone. Not the fantasy we are sold on tv.

Dudes think they getting a sex slave and girls think they're getting an ATM.

I think it's normal to want your own space a couple nights a week or so.
