Okay you have a friend you have known since you were a kid like sleep overs all that good shit. As you get older niggas is still cool but have different lives. Your friend has turned into a chris partlow type nigga but a little more twisted. he still shows you crazy love and is a gentleman to ur mom.

Now this is the situation. You at the nigga house and some shit goes down with his girl she cheated on him. He is clinically insane we all know now he tie her up puts her in the basement you leave you dont want nothing to do with that shit. matter a fact you leave before she tied up u leave during the yelling and scuffles cause he tell you to leave. later on your picked up by police and charged with three other men. This nigga after tying her up strips her and has his dog have sex with her and videotapes it on some ol mystikal shit w/beastiality and she say you was there and didnt help but really u was only there for the 1st 30 seconds of the shit. Now true in ur head when he told you leave you just knew he was gonna off this bitch but what do you do???

Now before u start judging it looking at the woman's perspective switch it you gotta girlfriend who starts arguing with her man she ask you to leave and then she stab that nigga up he dont die and say u was there u aint help u an accessory now you get like 7 years cmon that shit aint right....
 
So if I comprehend this correctly your cousin was aware that there was a possibility of the female getting hurt. And he chose to walk away knowing this.

Sis from what I read his cousin purposely left the girl knowing that the guy was going to mess her up. And his cousin is being charged with being an accessory to a very horrid crime. I had to re read a few times to make sure I was comprehending. I still a lil baffled as to what he expects from us. :dunno:

And you knew he was insane already? tell you want the mere fact that you was there for only 30secs, knew he was insane, knew he would do damage to her before doing it and you DID NOTHING ABOUT IT? you didn't call the authorities cause thats your boy and you ain't want nothing to do with it?

Like if he had told the cops that he was there and knew something would happen but didn't help yadayada is that a chargeable offence??? Just asking since you know the law and all ... and if yes then do they charge people who witness a crime and don't step forward for example like at a driveby or party shooting or something??? We have that problem in Toronto alot ... people not coming forward when they witness a crime:smh:

Well I don't know how the laws in Canada work being that its an entirely different country.

But from what I understand if you see a driveby shooting it is encouraged to come forward to assist the police so those responsible can be brought to justice. The difference is if you see a crime you don't necessarily have to come forward it happened in front of you so you are not obligated to call the police but you better call EMS to assist those injured, however if there is knowledge that you knew that drive by was going down and you didn't do anything to stop it. You can be charged


I know in Florida that have the "All in" law

Say one of your good friends you grew up with is a real wild nigga and you know this but he's always been cool around you. Say you decided to get a ride with him and his boy downtown to go to the bus stop but on the way they decided to stop at a gas station to get some snacks. You sit in the car chilling, they decide they want to rob the joint and they come back out and hope in the car.

Now you have no prior knowledge they was going to rob this gas station and you still didn't know they robbed the place. So you guys are driving and the gas station attendant got the description of the car and the police stop you guys a few miles away and arrest your boys for armed robbery.

Guess what, they are charging your ass with 1st degree armed robbery too because you were with them, doesn't matter you didn't know they going to rob the gas station, the mere fact that you are with them at the time of the incident and are with them when they are detained you are going down with them.


Moral of the story choose your friends, now you going to jail for 25 yrs for armed robbery and you never had a criminal record before in your life. See how the law works? fucked up right.

Yeah I had to actually do some work today, it was hot and ninjas decide they want to do 105 mph in a 55 mph zone. Not only did I tag 4 ninjas for going over 100 mph today. Their license will automatically be suspended, vehicles were confiscated and they were arrested for reckless driving.

Man it was a good day today. That OT is going to be a muhfugga :lol:

One white guy I guess just got his brand spanking new Mercedes Benz CL65 AMG coupe, talkin bout "can you cut me some slack I just got the car today and was testing it out"

I'm like testing it out on a busy highway with motorist doing the speed limit? do you have any idea how fast you were going? over 100mph which is 50 miles over the speed limit. Step out of the car sir *hand on trigger* :hmm:
