Her comment is no different than thousands of comments made by black leaders during the civil right era when black folks were constantly denied justice, so how is what she said wrong?
... regardless of the tensions that exist the only way black folks have ever got an form of justice and change over the decades is by standing strong and consistently confronting the system of oppression.

But one comment said, I’m paraphrasing, “Doxxing the jury along with calling for violence before a verdict is COMMUNISM. This is blatant. If it happens to him it can happen to all of us.”

They won't win shit unless the defense can show the jury was aware of the comment and it prejudiced them....hard hill to climb.
the fact that the judge gave the defense a reason for appeal is the problem.

We don’t know his politics. While he worked under senator Amy, he was applied to the bench by Republican Tin Pawlenty.
Name me a case in the history of convictions that was overturned on appeal purely based on the words of a politician outside of court.
