The five-time Olympic medalist and 14-time world champion completed the move on Friday at the 2019 US Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri.
Earlier in the day, Biles became the first woman to attempt a triple-double -- two flips and three twists in the air -- in competition during the floor exercise. But the gymnast just missed the landing, falling forward.
Biles expressed frustrations after her miss, saying she was "pissed off," according to Team USA.
But just a few hours later, she completed the double-double dismount, so it doesn't seem as though the star is letting anything hold her back.
Biles is currently in first place at the two-day competition, almost two points ahead of the second-place contender.

her size and strength work for her in ways a taller gymnasts can't. Its like usain bolt being over 6 feet along with his strength and turn over rate works for him in ways that it wouldn't for a shorter sprinter. The compactness and weight of her body allows her to rotate and land with more precision..if you look at mckayla moroney her momentum is carrying her further I think because her legs are longer and the swing of them pulls her weight forward more.

Been with that brotha for damn near 4 years. Just had to give her time to come into her own. Coming up and going through the gymnastics rigor, she lived with white people. But as she got old enough to do her own thing and experience the world, her longest relationship has been with a brotha and for several years now.
