for the same reason anyone would want to start a business.... to fill a need.
Some people NEED dna test and dont want to go to a physical place & be surrounded by other people. having a mobile service puts you in a position to cover more ground and service more people. Its all about how you market & promote yourself.....
why waste ya time asking me....ask people who do it.
