SICK DEFENSE: Man accused of rape says he 'fell' on top of teen and may have penetrated her
Ehsan Abdulaziz allegedly raped the girl after a night out at the Cirque le Soir nightclub in London.
A British man accused of rape told police he may have penetrated his victim after falling on top of her.
Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, allegedly forced himself on the teenager as she slept on the sofa in his London apartment, after a night out at an exclusive club.
After she alerted police, businessman Abdulaziz then told detectives “She’ll have to prove it.”
The 18-year-old met Abdulaziz in the Cirque le Soir nightclub on Aug. 7, 2014, where she had been spending the evening with a friend, Southwark Crown Court heard.
Abdulaziz offered to give the pair a ride home from the club in his Aston Martin, and invited them in for a drink.
But the victim woke in the early hours of the morning to find Abdulaziz on top of her, forcing himself inside her, she alleged.
"She woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina, she was wearing shorts and he had pulled them to one side,” said Prosecutor Jonathan Davies,reported Mirror Online.
"She said, 'What are you doing?' he said 'It's fine' indicating that her friend was asleep."
The terrified teen then fled the apartment and told police about her ordeal.
Abdulaziz initially claimed the teenager pulled him onto her and placed his hand between her legs.
He was re-interviewed by police in May this year after traces of his DNA were found on the victim.
"He said that he did fall on to her and his penis may have penetrated her vagina,” said Davies.
Abdulaziz denies rape. The trial continues.
