Sicario

Loved this flick..

In the previews it can be assumed that its gonna be one of those flicks were the chick is kicking ass and taking names, beating up men twice her size and shit..this is definitely not the case.

You feel her tension, and confusion being dragged into this new grimy way of doing things with no clear explanation of who shes working with and what theyre doing..
Lol @ one of the agents answering her simple question about the mission by saying " you're asking me how a watch works..for now just look at the time"

Great tension throughout, very realistic violence and situations..cinematography and movie score was on point. Was looking forward to this before it came out, saw it in the theatre opening weekend and watched it at least twice after that...

one of my favorite flicks of the past 5 years

btw lol @ money thinking dude made the cartel leader suck his dick...wtf?

Movie was dope and the stuff they didn't show was him getting water boarded cause at the time was so controversial in the news cause I think Obama cut it out of torture for prisoners back then.

Also they are already releasing a part 2 to this called Soldado

Different director made me uneasy but it's the Italian cat who directed "Gommorah" so he can handle realistic gangster flicks.....
and the same writer will be handling the script..he also wrote "Hell or high water" another great flick..

Maaaaaaaaaan it was obvious he poked him... That's why other cats left the room when he put his dick in his face
Yeah niggaz is weird, lol. The guy was on his knees and sicario has his pants off his ass, what the fuck do you think happened?!?! Plus the guys left the room. If he wasn't raping him why the fuck would the camera pan out to the drain? Dude even said"hell in Yankee land"LMAO

Nigga made him suck his dick during the interrogation, or did you forget that even happened?

WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU THINK THAT???

You sound like one of those EXTRA homophobic people that are scared to death of anything gay and inserts gay shit into situations where it is NOT.

scene in question...I'm seeing some ppl saying he got raped...I thought dude was just fucking him up or cutting him tho

Yes. Agreed. He might have been sodomized. I personally thought he was torturing him. Either way has absolutely nothing to do with fellatio. The whole rape angle is punishment and power - it has nothing to do with him actually sexually being gay or not. Think prison rape.

I still dunno how homie think he got head outta that scene. Context man. Context.

I'll say this...after watching/listening to the scene again...the rhythmic grunting @ the end was kinda disturbing and doesn't match up w/ someone being punched/beaten...or having a cloth stuffed in their mouth...in any event w/e he did wasn't important...why he did it was...so that's enough for me to know

Sicario sequel Soldado gets 2018 release date
June 29th 2018

http://www.denofgeek.com/uk/movies/sicario/51336/sicario-sequel-soldado-gets-2018-release-date

A follow-up to the 2015 film, 'Sicario', which centers around the escalating war against drugs along the border of the United States and Mexico.

Not coming back for a second run at those Mexican drug cartels are Emily Blunt, who will be off singing and nannying her heart out in Mary Poppins Returns, and director Denis Villenueve, who's working on Blade Runner 2. The new director is Stefano Sollima, best known for creating and directing the Italian TV series Gomorra. Taylor Sheridan, who penned Sicario, is writing the sequel, which will reportedly focus on Del Toro's shadowy assassin character (who was the best thing about the first film, IMHO).

This movie was good, loved how it made the audience think the movie was about the female character but ended up being a case where the audience was just as confused as Emily Blunts character. By the time we realized what was going on it was understood she's merely a pawn in a much greater game that's being played.

Loved how they focused on different angles even the crooked cop who you saw didn't come home one day and his family just continued on like it was nothing
