We stayed at the Hilton garden inn across the street from where the venetta is. Big hotel, surprised it closed. The Hilton was only $58 last night. $63 with tax. Ocean views. Stopped in the hard rock and other spots. Stumbled upon a whorehouse looking for a cigar lounge. Alejandro’s advertises as a cigar bar. Only the chicks are smoking cigars. Nah mean?

Will look into it when the time is right. I think we’ll find some oceanfront property on the Caribbean Sea Atlantic Ocean side. Don’t necessarily need to be in Panama City.

Yeah there is so much property here,there are auctions all the time for any type of property,Land,farms beach house apt,houses that can be rented out,for 10 k you could get a house that you could rent out for about 300 monthly and would be worth at least 20k all the way up to a 500k apt you could get for about 300k,the trick is to have the cash on hand,then when a property comes up you grab it,They slick to cause they dont advertise a lot,but I have friends who work at the bank.

Back in nyc. Lots of money in Panama. So many skyscrapers. Not like many other parts of the Caribbean. From what I understand, $1500 a month is good money down there. Retirement money could go a long way down there.
