I was fucked up last night. Sipping on oj and rum and a big Maduro cigar. Life was/is good. Not a lot of Americans here. Mostly Central American people vacationing here.

Sheraton biajo. Came with another family with young kids so an all inclusive was key.

Because you're in Panama ....and even though there is a large expat community there- go to Balboa, it a former military base cool bar scene from what I can recall- the can smell the tourist on you.

I've hung out down there in my late 20's. Lots of fun...plus you don't have to change your money.

Enjoy yourself! Check out Cologne. If you don't go to the canal you wasted the trip.:cheers:

i think it`s like a 2hr drive to the canal also ....

i hung out one day there n never been back ...it`s for family shit ...i got a one day pass took this Colombian chick & did the GFE thing for a day ...

it was kool...had fun ...
