Louis C.K. asks TMZ to take down Tracy Morgan crash video

Louis C.K. has lent his voice — or, more accurately, his tweets — to a campaign asking TMZ to take down video of the car wreck that critically injured Tracy Morgan, Ardie Fuqua and others — and killed comedian James McNair.

what surprises me is just how POWERFUL TMZ must be since these stars other media conglomerates and so-called news agencies are all afraid of them.

Why would they take it down? How is it disrespectful to show crash video? There are millions of crash videos on the net. Sometimes people die in them.

fuck tmz
they get away with being slimeballs

they are the hard copy of today only hard copy was never taken seriously like tmz is

they should take the video down.

It's not on TMZ to take the video down. It's on people not to watch it. I haven't watched the video and won't. Obviously, there are a lot of people who watch these kinds of things.

I would just want to see who caused the actual crash if its the truck drivers fault are not,

not the aftermath, thats just morbid...

The average human is a fickle fuck!

These types of videos are posted all over the net, including bgol.

The only difference is the injured are not known! Take it down why,

'Cause its someone who is known in the entertainment business?

Nah! He aint above the law.

thats NOT the crash video, its the AFTERMATH of the

crash video!!

which renders it morbid couldnt watch more than ten seconds..

so if your wife, girl or moms was in a fatal car crash, you would

want the aftermath video posted on the net with a comment section??

since its disrespectful, classless or whatever words y'all want to use to describe it, it must be the least visited page on the site since people are so disturbed by it right?

I would give no fucks!

Who cares about comments from people you dont know!??

& its not about me!

Your skin must be paper thin!

It's fuckin TMZ

It's not CNN, USA Today or the Washington Post

It's a fuckin gossip site, full of disrespectful shit

Because most people in the real world, and 98% of the fags on this site are sensitive emotional drama queens. I agree with you...How is it disrespectful? It happened... It's not like niggas are laughing and shit. It's part of the news and it should be seen. End of discussion.

That's what I'm saying. This is the motherfucking internet. If you don't want to be offended, don't bother looking for or viewing the material.

I think they should. I refused to watch it when it was posted here. Tasteless, plain & simple. :smh:

It's news. It's public news. It happened in the public. 9/11 was a crash and showed the building being hit exploding burning and collapsing.

Are these morbid pictures of bodies being pulled out of an auto wreck or car crash? Those are grisly details most news outlets don't show in graphic bloody detail. I haven't seen the vid. Crashes and other accidents or violent deaths happen daily. But most major news outlets don't show burnt charred or exploded bodies and body parts even in war zones. They don't normally show crime scene shots with bodies and body parts strewn all over the place as part of the news story.

TMZ could edit out any gross shots of dead bodies out of respect for the families and their audience. We never saw pics of the remains of the victims of 9/11.

So it's a matter of taste respect and degree. Not having seen the vid it's hard to say. The grieving family members do deserve to have their wishes or requests honored if they are reasonable.

Emmet Till's mom wanted the mutilated body of her son to be shown in order to prove a point about the senseless racism that motivated the murder of her son. But that had nothing to do with gossip ratings or some type of insatiable morbid curiosity.

:lol: It's funny because it's not true. People love a good disaster.
