Should Congress Use Government Run Health Care?

A Repub congressman (John Fleming) has introduced a resolution requiring any member of Congress who votes for the healthcare bill to sign up for the government plan instead of the comprehensive plans they all currently have.

I have a better idea. How about congress signing a bill requiring the public to have the same health insurance that ever memeber of congress has.

I'll go for that!

I 2nd that notion. They should not run it. Look at the red tape and how long it takes to get certain things done.

if the healthcare bill doesn't pass, they should stop medicare/medicaid, and force the insurance companies to pay claims for the elderly. They get to cherry pick applicants, don't have to cover most of the elderly.

The reimbursement rates will be lowers for government plan, but at least they will get paid and more quantity, and instead of selling at a huge discount to bill collectors or nothing with bankruptcy.

Countries are spending 10 percent and covering everybody, while the United States spends 15 percents of GDP and doesn't cover 50 million people, 1 million bankruptcies....

:lol::lol:
