Should Cleveland Consider Deandre for Isaiah Thomas?

I'm watching Skip and Shannon, and they're talking about how Cleveland will be when Isaiah returns. They said Cleveland is second to last in the NBA in defensive efficiency. Now they're bringing back Isaiah . . .

. . . dude is 5'9 and a piss-poor defender.

Now, I've seen mainstream sports media talking about Deandre and Cleveland, and when you think about it, Cleveland needs a defender FAR more than they need a scorer. The scoring would help, but from a 5'9 guard who is a liability on D?

If you're the Cleveland organization, and Deandre is available, do you make that move?

Update: I'm not talking about a 1 on 1 trade. But they'd be the main pieces in the trade.
