Sheep thief caught & punished onsite is this justified

In a land where steeling sheep is a high crime. The dull edge of the cutlass is mercy. He'll be alright. Hope he learned his lesson.
Naw we need this. It’s laws like this that keep a society in check and holds people responsible and make muthafuckas think long and hard about the crime they gonna commit.
Imagine these criminals that sell drugs to destroy our community that know they get bail reform and can get back on the street and all they have to do is tell on a person….all of a sudden their punishment wasn’t 3-7 years it was getting your right arm and right leg cut the fuck off.
Or a mutha fucka rasing bad ass kids and the punishment was stoning the child to death….bet the parents would raise their child a lot better.
Imagine if homosexuals were treated like how they have been for centuries….wouldn’t have this lgbtq bully cancel culture and kids identifying as other genders and taking puberty blockers.
Rough and tough laws are needed.
