Let's explore your statement for a second. Are you suggesting that the way she reacted doesn't make it rape? If that is your premise, the act itself (whether you think it was rape or not) happened before her reaction. So would you have considered it rape had she been outraged afterwards? If so, the act that led to the reaction was exactly the same. It is my argument that it is the act itself that was rape and that her reaction wouldn't make much of a difference if she had an inclination to pursue the issue. There is no way for him to have known how she was going to react to what he did prior to him doing it and I (and the majority of contributing society) contend that her reaction doesn't really matter if she wanted to push the issue afterwards.
