Wesley should sue the bitch for defamation. Halle Berry has never named the person responsible for her hearing loss. Snipes, Dave Justice and Christopher Williams all have been accused of puncturing her ear drum and only she knows for sure, and she ain't telling -- at least not yet.
So I say hit this gossiping and defaming bitch where it hurts, in her purse. :hmm:

can't sue her (or should I say can't win a lawsuit against her) unless you can prove she was the one that started it. Williams is the one that called out Snipes (very publically I might add). And again, Snipes never denied the claim.

You're probably right with respect to not be able to win a lawsuit against her but not because of the reasons you stated. I'm no lawyer but my understanding of proving legal defamation is Snipes would have show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to himself being the subject of the statement.

Snipes won't sue because he'd have to prove Number 1 to be true and the only person who could do that is Halle Berry and she ain't talking. :hmm:
