i don't know if dude snitched or not, it is very strange how a convicted felon could go from a mandatory 10 years or how many years to gettn this cupcake sentence. To have the DA speak positive about u, to be given a year before u actually go to jail??? I don't like 50 but he was speakn the truth sayn he has more money than t.i. and his lawyers told him there's no way a convicted felon could've got away with that. They have TI on tape audio and video. If he was guilty and cleanly got away without snitching kewl playa, but it does sound very fishy. It ain't like dude is super rich. He doesn't own Grand Hustle, he had made a lil off of movies but i doubt he has more than 5 or 6 mil in the bank.

as for who he snitched on??? first of all it's not like your gonna hear jeezy or 50 cent gets arrested on trafficking guns. The people he was gettn the guns from aren't rappers, lol. So when cats get locked up u ain't gonna be hearn bout that shyt on cnn, mtv, tmv, etc...... He could snitch by simply sayn something like we were gettn guns from this Haitian cat he has a warehouse in West End and his house is in Stone Mountain. He be supplying for these ngz in here and this gang in the Clayton county. He supplies several ngz over here and he has a ring that stretches from little haiti (miami) to NY. Ti could have gave them information that can lead to a huge multi state bust that could occur a few months from now. And then what will u hear????? The feds had these people under surveillance for a year. They had been taking pictures and following these people for over a year building up their case (collecting evidence). When your dealn with drug kingpins who are involved in multi state drug rings and weapons traffic that's some real shyt. These cats have connections to local cops, they have great lawyers, they often ain't touching the drugs and guns, and there's often a long crime chain of events that have occured, so it ain't like smitty gets locked up today, doesn't want to do the 10 years--he bust on mister biggs, and the next day the feds kick in mister biggs door---naw mister biggs is too smart and sophisticated, they have to follow mister biggs for some time. They have to put different pieces of the puzzle together to see the real picture and all the different parts. A guy on Ti's calibur can give them better info than some nga on the corner of Simpson and James P. who bought a few pistols from this crew. There's tons of crimes that have been committed by these ngz, there are bigger players involved, the feds want that shyt.

My point is...If he did snitch, there is paperwork that will STATE THAT FACT. Just like Freaky Zeekey... He claimed he NEVER TOLD OR WHATEVER but NIGGAS GOT PAPERWORK TO REFUTE THOSE CLAIMS.
