Never seen or heard of this one before. HBK was wild back in the day, beating up/cussing out cameramen and shit.
The only other time a heard of a wwe wrestler threatening to no show an event, was jeff jarrett's threat to not participate in his match with chyna because his contract expired.
Someone at the office forgot to extend it and jarrett was able to get a shitload of money from vince to go through with the match.

I think the whole 97-98 wwe was much better because Vince allowed the guys to actually go out there with bullet points and run their mouth.

They were going to let Jeff go anyway but the thing they forgot was to get the IC belt off him.
The money he got was his ppv bonus money for the year. The way I've heard the feds get the money months after the show and the wrestlers get their bonused after that. Jarrett just asked for all of his money up front in a lump sum and then he'd job to Chyna.
