Dude was like, “hold up for one muffs fucking minute, ohhh hell no bih, not on my watch, he fucked up but you to fucking far”

Glad he spoke up, Jenny is just like a lot people that are jealous of the amount of money pro athletes make.

CAC logic: A high paid athlete should be held to a higher standard...

higher than a doctor whose deals with life and death situations....

higher than a lawyer whose clients can suffer real consequences if not given proper representation...

higher than a teacher whose job is to teach and and help mold children/young people into being productive members of society.

higher than the NFL owner who was doing drugs and had dead hookers removed from one of his residences.

She was just saying something to say something.

That’s how my students do all the time. Didn’t think whatsoever about what she said.

when shit like this happens society low key admits,

men are superior to women...

"no matter what a women does, you have to be a bigger person and walk away"

like you are dealing with a child...

I blame femenism.. it fools a lot of women into thinkin they are on the same level as men..

and too many women meet the wrong overly sensitive dude and have to find out the hardway...

btw did they ever say what caused all that foolishness...

the crazy shit is when dude pretended he was fallin and shoulder blocked that bitch to the floor...

for a ten yard loss .... that shit had her regulated, she was tryin to turn up..

but her body was like bitch you better just sit her for awhile

Yup, straight sports media talking points. "They should be held to a higher standard!!!" Why bitch??? He's a guy that's good a football. Why should he be held to a HIGHER standard than people who's careers have a moral aspect to them??? He shouldn't be allowed to work EVER???!!! Bitch stop!!!

Man I know many questioned Joy role on the show but I felt in many touchy topics she wasn’t bias...

I love how people, particularly white people, don't hesitate to come forward to say that NFL player did something bad they don't deserve to be a professional athlete ever again for the rest of their lives... Yet these same people aren't saying that Darren Wilson or Betty Shelby or Ray Tensing can't be a cop again. And weren't as vocal when Ben roethlisberger was playing for the Steelers after the rape charge

Two issues I have with her thought process:

1. We shouldn't be comparing your students to so called media professionals. Every morning prior to the show, these people go over these topics with the producers of the show. There is no reason for her not be able to adequately defend her position (whether we agree with it or not).

2. We have seen this thought process when other black athletes have been caught up in these situations. Female ESPN reporters and hosts were notorious with the lifetime ban sentiment when it came to black athletes. Meanwhile, they were totally ignoring or downplaying the white hockey and NASCAR drivers who were caught in similar situations.

I wish you could hear my students. Lol. But I get your point though.

She was talking from an emotional standpoint, IMO.

Once she felts a certain way, she wasn’t thinking critically. It was more about how she felt.

And Shannon done a great job even acknowledging her question. Shannon is about being consistent on a stance and many people are unable to do that.
