I have experienced sexual harassment and white men were the culprits. When I was in the Air Force my supervisor would hit me on my ass when he walked past me. I told this black guy that I worked with about it and he got the guy to stop. At another job I had an old white man for a boss. He would always make nasty comments. When I would come into work he would have pornographic pictures up on every computer in the office. It was a family business so no one said anything to him about it. He thought the shit was funny and that making passes at me was cute. I told him that I was sick of it and he toned it down. I was really young when that shit happened, but I would never let anyone get away with that today.

same here but most of my cases are leadership issues. since we have all about 15 females you hardly hear of sexual harrassment in its definitive form. Are you going to EOA conference in hawaii?

Then at that same company, my manager, a black female harrassed me every day about my clothing saying that I needed to wear longer shirts.
