She was a 5 dayer when we first got together (and being young, I wasn't waiting) but we heard some doctor on a local radio show saying a woman's period shouldn't be that long and there might be something else wrong and she recommended changing your diet and lifestyle. Just off listening to the radio, we did it and she saw a change.

Sorry to hear that. 1 of our girlfriends had fibroids, she finally just had them removed. Her periods were just terrible.

Yeah they have gotten progressively worse. Not only is it physically bad, but mentally it's draining always being on edge about having enough protection from leaks . I literally just want to stay in bed for the week. I'm hoping that that as I am losing weight and exploring some natural hormone regulators I will suffer a little less until I can have them embolized or removed.

Hey whatever floats your boat and different strokes for different folks. Soiled towels is nothing my washing machine is used 3 times a week anyway. All I'm saying is the stigma associated with having sex during your cycle is only an issue if you want it to be.
