Prices on shit in "THE WOOD" is escalating quickly. Anything you own hold it. Let it rise, decide how long you want to keep it.
When all the hi-rise condos, hotels (Hyatt's, Marriott and 4 seasons) and high end stores start going up on Century, Prairie or Florence, its over for BLACK PEOPLE in "THE WOOD". They will be priced out.
Man, Crenshaw is undergoing a major change and not for the good. From exposition to the 100's "THE SHAW" is going to be sectioned off like Imperial after the Blue Line in WATTS.
