Selling, License, Drop Shipping

I would like to know if using a drop shipper to sell shoes is legal?

What I came up with on my own as an answer is that, "I bought the shoes, so I can sell them if I don't want them anymore."
If someone can please, please give me some clarity, that would be very much appreciated.

I would like to know if anyone knows how to get a Nike Dealers License? (if so plz explain)

It's legal to use drop shippers but if you sell the item you can be held responsible for any problems like damaged goods, etc. It's almost impossible to get a Nike Dealer's license. You can get a shop, buy the shoes through a wholesaler and resell them for a profit.

Companies have trade shows to sell direct at below wholesale. There's minimums but moving the merchandise isn't hard with the right setup.

if u do a search i have a list up on here of many dropshippers, several doing shoes and clothes.
